Technically it'll be the first Fall get together, but whatever...

Sunday (last get together was on a Saturday, switching it up) September 29th.

This is where it gets interesting.

A) We can host it here in Fort Wayne again. If so, then weather depending, we could have it at Shoaf Park, put up some canopies and use the trees for shade, while cookin out on the charcoal grills.
Or
Someone can host it at their house (cough cough Derek and Deb have a nifty new house, cough cough)

B) We can move the location somewhere more central. Making accessibility more manageable for everyone and we can car pool.

Either way, get together time! The date work for peeps and lets start the planning on location now. It's just a few weeks away.

Im scheduled to work that day, I'd have to work out a trade. I'm not sure what Deb's work schedule looks like but I'll look into it. If we're both available our place can certainly be an option.

I think it'd b awesome to get as many as possible together for an "in costume pic" as well. I see all these garrisons posting theirs on FB, we need to post with pride too. If this weekend doesn't work for folks, ten lets look for another. This one just happened to b out of the way of other troops. Maybe we can do it on a troop weekend. Draw more folks and have costumes at hand anyway.

Ok, I have hear back from far too many people that this date doesn't jive with their schedules or plans. So I have just procured a list of most of ur phone numbers. I'll b getting ahold of u each and taking a sensus as to which date of a few works best. Hold on for future correspondence!

Sadly I fly out that day for (hopefully) my last business trip of the year.

Allen is back in scouting and his troop is the one that puts on the haunted castle so I will be busy with that for the next month and a half. So we can't make it either.
