I'm not going to do a C3PO right now, but thought we should archive this info in case someone else wants to tackle it. First, from TK409: I'll gently warn you, like I do to everyone, the protocol droid is a very difficult costume to handle. It's expensive. And then there's the $1500 chroming. It's a long wait for parts (about 10 months due to demand), it takes a long time to put on, and once you do, you need to have a strong physical constitution to wear it. However, the parts are movie-production quality and it makes a perfect, poseable counterpart when you tire of wearing it. If you're still interested, here you go. www.TK409.com/c3poparts help here: www.TK409.com/c3po.html and here. www.C3POBuilders.com You can monitor your order on the list at www.TK409.com/protocolproject Thanks again for writing. - Chris Bartlett http://www.TK409.com Then, from Moncal: Unfortunately we don't offer the machine head parts at this time. Our last run took a year to have made Not a good turn around time. We do offer the following for C3PO; Vacuum formed shorts ............. $100.00 plus shipping Rubber Hands ........................... $134.00 plus shipping Rubber Feet .............................. $134.00 plus shipping Here's some pictures of the above items; Shorts: http://www.mg501.com/gallery/albums/use ... 01sm~0.jpg http://www.mg501.com/gallery/albums/use ... 02sm~1.jpg Rubber hands and fee: http://www.mg501.com/gallery/albums/use ... 0571sm.jpg http://www.mg501.com/gallery/albums/use ... 0573sm.jpg http://www.mg501.com/gallery/albums/use ... 0574sm.jpg http://www.mg501.com/gallery/albums/use ... 0575sm.jpg http://www.mg501.com/gallery/albums/use ... 0576sm.jpg http://www.mg501.com/gallery/albums/use ... 0577sm.jpg Please let us know what you would like along with your shipping address. This way we can get you a more accurate price quote. We are currently working on a full C3P0 kit. But it will be in the works for a long time. |
