Hello,

I'm happy to be on my way to becoming a part of what you all do.

Josh Wells has been encouraging me on my TB build since first showing an interest last year and I just recently began
Acquiring the parts needed. I have an account on bikerscout.net (fistful_of_Energon) and have been logging my progress on there.

On Saturday my helmet kit from KS arrived and hopefully will be able to begin soon.

I look forward to meeting all of you as I get more involved with this exciting hobby.
Outside of the fun to be able to build and wear something like this, my main drive and inspiration is the charity work you all do and the joy it gives the children. I am a father of 2 and love to see the kids reaction to your costumes.

Welcome aboard, future scout! We will always welcome more scouts and could use another Josh - the Matt's were starting to take over!

Seriously though, I just finished my scout and the BSN is a great resource. There are some excellent tutorials and really helpful folks on there. Good luck with the build - I hope to see you at a troop soon! If you get stuck, drop me a line and I'll try to steer you in the right direction if I can.

what I have so far...I also have a headband and grey flat bolt kit.
