Hello all. I live in Northern Indiana and am old enough to remember watching Return of the Jedi in theaters :)

I have been an avid Star Wars fan for years, but have just started working on a costume of Visas Marr for approval by the 501st. She is one of my favorite characters in the Star Wars universe.

My goal is to be a member of the 501st by the end of the year, since I don't have much time to work on the outfit.

Welcome!!! That sounds like a great costume! Check out our events page and come out and hang with us. Most of us came out to troops before we had our costumes done to meet the other members and see how troops work. It's cool cause you can help out and see what it's all about without trying to figure things out while in costume. Less pressure.
