Just popping into introduce myself and get acquainted with the forum. I'm Molly, I'm from Warsaw and I'm currently in the process of building a Captain Phasma costume! I'm hoping to get involved with the 501st since it seems like a lot of fun and I love how involved with the community the organization is. I went to an armor party in August, up in Fort Wayne and it was a lot of fun. My costume is still kind of in the early stages but I have a chrome bucket now and like, 90% of the armor primed and ready for the base black paint. So that's me! Thanks guys! |

Thanks guys! Love the welcome and love the theory about Phasma. Shared it with some of the ladies who are building Phasma as well and we had a blast discussing it during our weekly build video chat hahaha. I'm getting closer to chroming the entire kit. Have to wet sand the armor down and do another coat of black gloss-maybe two if I run into problems-and then it's airbrushing time! Really excited. Hoping to have this monster done in time for our local Halloween street festival at the end of October. |
